wide fitting trouser in 9oz 100% pima cotton brushed flannel twill.

the simple pant is a simple pair of pants, my version of a 5 pocket pant, but the fifth pocket is a utility pocket on the side of the thigh, instead of that outmoded coin pocket (tiny pocket inside the right front pocket) on traditional jeans.

pima cotton is grown in the southwest US and renowned for its long-staple fibers, which are extra soft and durable. the brushed finish on the twill weave makes it trap heat better, so it's a good fall/winter fabric.

i like to wear them a little slouchy, a couple inches below the belly button, but they can also be worn high if you're into that.
